WIAPS(Waseda University Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies)のコロキアムとして、標記イベントを開催します（詳細はこちら）。マコーリー大学のAbdullah Al Arif先生をお招きし、MASSコードの採択もあり、現在注目を集める自動運航技術が漁業等に対してどのような影響を与えるか。そうした状況に対して現在の国際法がどこまで対応できるか（あるいはできないか）などを講義して頂きます。
